These terms and conditions shall define and govern the interaction between you - the user with us i.e., PrimePerfume hereinafter referred to as 'PrimePerfume' on the website www.PrimePerfume.ca. By using the informational and/or other services made available on the website, you, the user acknowledge and agree to the terms of service and the privacy policy herein. Continued usage of the application shall imply acceptance of the terms and conditions by the user. These Terms and Conditions are subject to change without prior notice.

PrimePerfume, which operates from the website: www.PrimePerfume.ca, hereinafter referred to as 'Site'. This website is designed as a portal to access the information about our products and services as well as to purchase the products, and in the future may provide additional related services and facilities.

All publicly viewable information available on the PrimePerfume website is the sole intellectual property of PrimePerfume unless otherwise stated. All efforts are undertaken to ensure that the quality and efficacy of information available on the website is accurate and updated.

At PrimePerfume, we ensure that the information we have about you is protected and secured. We value our relationship with you and work hard to preserve your privacy, and ensure that your preferences are honoured. At the same time, the very nature of our relationship may result in us collecting or sharing certain types of information about you. No personally identifiable information is collected or saved for - surveys, registration forms, account information or order information. Any personal information is kept only for compliance with legal standards as it may prevail from time to time. Changes to privacy policy may be incurred without prior notice due to growing business operations or for legal compliance.

Order Policy

PrimePerfume's employees, agents, logistics partners or designees will deliver the orders placed on the Site after the order has been successfully placed and the payment has been processed.

a.  Pricing: All the products will be sold via the Site, unless otherwise specified. The prices mentioned at the time of placing an order are the applicable prices.

b. Cancellation Policy: To cancel an order and receive a full refund you must call us at info@primeperfume.ca within 6 hours of placing the order. If an order has been dispatched, we cannot offer cancellation unless the product is defective.

c.   At the time of delivery, you may return a product if there are damages to the item and if the fault is on our end. Returns are not guaranteed without photo evidence of the damaged item. Returns cannot be completed due to change of preference for the product. We shall not be able credit or replace any items which have been kept beyond a period of three (3) days. We will make the appropriate adjustments to your order value once your item has been approved for a refund determined by PrimePerfume.

e.   You agree and confirm the following:
I.   That in the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name or address or any other wrong information) any extra cost incurred by PrimePerfume for redelivery shall be claimed from you.
II.   That you will use the services provided by the Site, its affiliates, consultants and contracted companies, for lawful purposes only and comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using and transacting on the Site.
III.   You will provide authentic and true information in all instances where such information is requested of you. PrimePerfume reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by you at any point of time. If upon confirmation your details are found not to be true (wholly or partly), it has the right in its sole discretion to reject the order.
IV.   Prior to placing an order please check the product description and order, carefully. By placing an order for a product you agree to be bound by the conditions of sale included in the item's description.
